A lot of people assume that I am always so enthusiastic about working out now that I have started my fitness journey. WRONG! There are days that I literally have to fight myself to get out of bed and workout.
Since I am all about a mood and a vibeee, I have to get my mind right before a workout. That means getting that music going. I created this playlist, to make sure I get up and get moving.
Sometimes, I need a good kick in the pants. So trap music yelling at me helps soldier me up for war! That war is with my mind telling me “Sis, just go back to bed”. But that music keeps me up and makes me kick ass!
